Shipping policy

We offer both digital downloads and printed party favors. Please review the shipping details for your selected format below:

• Digital Orders:
  No shipping is required for digital purchases. Your personalized files will be emailed to you and also made available through your Shopify account within 1–3 business days. No physical items will be mailed.

• Printed Orders:
  All printed items are made to order and ship flat and unassembled to protect your products during transit.
  Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipping. Shipping time depends on your selected method at checkout and your delivery location.

• Shipping Methods & Carriers:
  We currently ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

• Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:
  Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We do not refund shipping fees for any reason, including delivery delays or address errors provided at checkout.
