By purchasing from GK Party Shoppe, you agree to the following terms:

• Personal Use Only: All digital files are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute any part of our designs in digital or printed format.

• Processing Time:

  • Printed items are made to order and ship flat and unassembled. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipping.

  • Digital files are delivered within 1–3 business days via email and your Shopify account after your order is completed.

• Design Ownership: All designs, graphics, and content are the property of GK Party Shoppe. Some design elements (such as fonts, clipart, or illustrations) may be sourced from licensed third-party creators and used in accordance with their commercial use policies. You may not copy, alter, or reuse any part of our designs for your own products or business.

• Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order details before checkout. We are not responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process.
