DIGITAL DESIGNS can be printed on 8.5x11 glossy, matte, or sticker paper. Paper choice is a personal perference. GK Party Shoppe uses glossy photo paper.

Listings sold on this site are solely priced for time and creative services used to personalize design(s).

Items produced are not for commercial use. Purchaser may not forward, share, alter, sell or distribute any file(s) in whole or in part.

All communication for your order will be via email only. We do not provide theme ideas, nor design consultations for ideas prior to ordering.

All designs are copyrighted - As the purchaser of this product, you have the right to print this product in its' intended purchased size, but for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Files cannot be used to create derivatives for new designs, meaning designs cannot be added to or altered to complete a different design.

Under not circumstances can these files be altered, resized, resold, or shared.

Digital files are delived within 3 business days of your order date.

Example: If your order is placed on Monday - Email will be sent no later than Thursday.

Due to the digital and/or customization of GK Party Shoppe products, GK Party Shoppe does not offer refunds, returns, nor exchanges under any circumstance.

Item(s) will ship via USPS or UPS (Up to 5 day delivery depending on location) unless expedited shipping is purchased. You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped.

All guarantee policies set forth by the shipping carrier will apply to your shipped order. GK Party Shoppe is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, delays, acts of God, or weather related delivery delays.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Once package has been successfully delivered to carrier, ownership of package is transferred to the carrier to transfer to the buyer.

GK Party Shoppe is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier due to customer entered incorrect shipping information.

All orders are complete and prioritized by the RECEIVED/EVENT DATE noted on order(s) when submited. Order updates are not provided any time outside of proof delivery.

We service a wide range of due dates so we do not standardize turnaround times. Weekends and Holidays are NOT included in any turnaround time, ONLY Monday - Friday.

ORDERS NEEDED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR LESS, REQUIRES A RUSH FEE TO BE ADDED TO THE ORDER.

Rush Turnaround is available at cost. Only 24 - 72 hour RUSH orders will be placed at the top of the order queue.

Contact us BEFORE placing order, if you need a speedy turnaround under 5 business days.

If you place an order after Saturday 2pm through Sunday, your order will not begin the design phase until Monday.
