Printed Items
All physical items are shipped flat and unassembled (when applicable) to protect them during delivery. Processing time is 5–7 business days before shipping. Assembly may be required depending on the item.

All digital products from GK Party Shoppe are designed with care and delivered to you ready for download. Please review the policy below before purchasing:

What You’ll Receive:

You will receive high-resolution JPEG and PDF files, formatted for easy printing at home or through a local or online print shop. No physical items will be shipped.

Download Info:

Once your order is complete and any personalization is finalized, your digital files will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also access your files directly from your account if you checked out using one.

Personal Use Only:

Our designs are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes. This includes altering or copying the design for resale.

Edits & Revisions:

If your item includes personalization, please double-check the spelling and details before submitting. Once your design has been finalized and delivered, additional changes may incur a small revision fee.

File Safety:

Please download and save your files promptly. We recommend backing up your files for safekeeping, as download links may expire over time.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Digital Products:

Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been sent. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order.

Printed & Shipped Items:

Each item is made to order just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as a misprint or damage during shipping—please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require an additional shipping fee to resend. We do not refund original shipping fees.

Printed & Shipped Items:

All printed items are made to order and ship flat and unassembled for safe delivery.

Processing time is 5–7 business days before your order ships.

We currently offer flat-rate shipping on most printed items. Larger or specialty items may be subject to weight-based shipping at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Digital Downloads:

Digital files are delivered via email and/or your account portal—no physical items will be shipped. Files will be sent after personalization is completed (if applicable).

Digital Orders:

Personalized digital files are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after we receive all required information (like names, dates, or photos). Need it faster? Most listings include a Rush My Order option for an additional fee.

Instant Downloads:

Files marked as instant download are available immediately after purchase—no waiting required!

Printed & Shipped Items:

All printed party favors are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your items ship. This does not include shipping transit time.

Rush Processing:
